Excellent location and good reception staff Room was never adequatly cleaned. Moreover in a 4 star and expensive hotel, to have to struggle at night with separete bed sheets and quilt was very disppointing |

the hotel's location The hotel upgraded my room reservation with addition Euro 150.night without informing me, although i have communicated with them prior to arrival regarding airport pickup etc. |

We were with two small children and we could walk around the city center and do most of sightseeing without taking any kind of transportation. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant has pretty poor menu. |

the fact that the staff were unobtrusive but on hand immediately if necessary. We were also advised about a local restaurant The Auberge St Roche that was excellent. the only thing we didn't like were the square loo seats which were not comfortable!!! |
